What does it mean that ELCONIX Core 7 is AI Ready?
It means artificial intelligence is part of the ERP, not a separate system: each business area comes with Intelligence views and a library of questions, you can ask in natural language and get dashboards and documents built on the ERP's data with every figure traceable, and any action the intelligence proposes requires approval from a person with the right permissions. The intelligence layer is activated from go-live.
Which areas of the business does ELCONIX Core 7 cover?
Finance and accounting, purchasing, sales, inventory, products and services, CRM and pipeline, HR and payroll, and customer and vendor accounts and contacts. All modules are included in the subscription, with no per-module licensing. Point of sale, Elconix POS, runs on the same foundation online and offline.
How is it licensed?
As cloud ERP software (SaaS) on the ENX cloud, with one subscription per company and unlimited users. It includes a test company, and you can add operating or administrative companies as the group grows. Infrastructure is contracted in three tiers (Essential, Business and Enterprise) according to the storage, memory and processing your operation needs. Cost grows only with the number of companies and the infrastructure capacity, never with the number of people who log in.
What does implementation involve and how long does it take?
There are three options: basic, complete or tailored implementation. The packages cover configuration, data migration, training and go-live with ENX's own team. The tailored plan is for organizations with more specific processes, integrations or compliance requirements. Scope and timeline are defined in the assessment, because they depend on your processes, your data and the systems being replaced.
What is the demo like?

Does it integrate with the systems I already have?
ELCONIX Core 7 has an API to connect with any application. Specific integrations and customizations are developed with the ENX team through prepaid hour bundles (Hours Wallet) of 10, 50 or 100 hours. Which systems are worth integrating and which should be replaced is part of what gets defined in the assessment.
What support do I get after go-live?
Service and support from the same team that writes the software, with prepaid hour bundles for customizations, reports and support that are consumed only when you use them. The ENX cloud includes continuous backups and monitoring by the ENX team. You also have the user manual and the support portal.
Can it manage a large warehouse or a distribution center?
The inventory module controls stock levels and valuation by warehouse, category, brand and product, with receipts and issues, and is enough for most operations. Specialized warehouse management (bin locations, operators, tasks and real-time dispatch) belongs to another Grupo ENX solution that integrates with the ERP; if that is your case, mention it in the form and we will include it in the assessment.
